Caribb had a couple of new players since the narrow defeat earlier in the year and in the end they were the difference between the two sides. All the Pilgrim players battled hard for the whole game but didn't get as much reward as they deserved. The opposition keeper blocked almost everything the boys fired at him including a long range clearance / shot from that would have lobbed any of the other keepers we have played against!
The whole team worked hard for each other throughout the game and there were still plenty of positives as they continued to try and play positive, passing football right up to the final whistle.
Leo was Man of the Match because he was full of energy and positivity which led to him finishing off a lovely, flowing attack which started from the back.
